Kevin is the kind of host who remembers your drink, pulls everyone into the conversation, and somehow has the whole table laughing before the ice has finished clinking.

A host first. A mood-lifter always.
Kevin brings a lot to a class: a sharp palate, practical know-how, a very big smile, and the uncanny ability to turn a room of strangers into people swapping jokes over shakers.
He teaches by making things together. Guests taste, shake, muddle, ask questions, laugh at the occasional enthusiastic garnish, and leave knowing how to build a genuinely great alcohol-free drink at home.
Based in Edmonton, Kevin hosts public classes, private parties, community events, and brand collaborations. Every Sipposium has a plan, but Kevin's favourite ingredient is whatever gets the room talking.
